Not everyone is extroverts and introverts 100 percent. It really depends on the situation and the environment they find themselves in, however there are useful strategies to help engage all to see if everyone is understanding and interested like, journals, small groups, do not call on students, and taking the time to observe and care about students you are unsure of.
Student’s reactions, body language, and actions to lessons and others can help make learning observable. Being sensitive to those who are introverts and acknowledging the learning needs of extroverts, are very important elements to a well functioning and growing learning environment.
