In general a worthy teacher is a professional but in professional level people sometimes lose their sense of love, passion, and fun. They get involve in books and theories and forget love. A worthy teacher has many positive characteristics, but I believe love is one of the main characteristics that a teacher should possess. I believe a worthy teacher is a person whose heart is full of love and passion for her job and students. Her education is supportive, positive, and inclusive. When a teacher loves her job and students this will reflect in her performance and everyone will notice it. She sees students equal, laughs with them and gives them a sense of belonging, builds a strong and a healthy teacher-student relationship, and gains their trust.
In my life I had so many great teachers, but there were a few who have had enormous effect on my personality and my outlook to life.
I remember when I was in grade four; I had a teacher that has these characteristics. She loved me. In spite of my problem with some subjects she believed that I am a good student and have a high potential to be successful. By the end of that year, as a result of her influence I gradually started to believe in myself and my grade improved a lot.
