It is important for the roles of the classroom to remain intact, the teacher as the teacher and the student as the student. Personality types also need to be nurtured and given the opportunity to flourish. It is up to the teacher to enable both the roles and the different personal interests into the classroom. Through the materials, they choose, and their classroom management techniques, a respectful, caring, positive, and developing classroom may be achieved
Mamchur acknowledges the importance of the teachers owning their own methods and skills and how they should not entirely abandoned those to give way for all others. This is what gives the classroom strength, the teacher's ability to own their own style plus in cooperate others into it as well -in my view the teacher who is able to do this is the one who is there to stay!
