What is Misbehavior?

Class environment can not be always perfact. Therefore, sometimes there are students who misbehave. At this point, misbehavior is behavior that disturb the class, such as whispering, tapping pencils, passing notes, ignoring teacher or getting up and walking around. I believe that there are always reason for students who misbehaves and it is very important for teacher to understand a misbehaving child and why he/she is misbehaving and if the child is struggling with a problem, it is teacher's duty to fin out the problem. Moreover, I think it is important for teacher to talk to the child face to face when they are alone, not infront of others.
